Hmmm, could the timing of this be tied in with the converting notes to minimise the impact? I suspect not it will be interesting to see what they're up to here.
Based on previous form for the past few years I get the sinking feeling that small shareholders will be left out in the cold and we'll end up owning 3/5's of F.A....
