Simply the time taken for this to clean up.
Frustrating everyone involved. Some may have lost their nerve or have had other commitments/obligations to consider.
Nothing has changed from the resource point of view, in fact it has probably exceed all the original expectations for flow rates and resource estimates.
If a major starts to sniff the gas .... it will be game on in my opinion.
The world has an energy shortage coming and the majors know it ......
