Obviously he would want to, you think he wants a piddly $8 million for the loan when he can take that in script and in a few years the $8 million could be worth $80+ million.
But that being said he needs to buy on market and start the sp lift going up as diluting the current holders with a CR will make him on the nose by all those who feel ripped already and the managements words of NO DILUTION is required, only debt funding - will be another sore point.
The AGM is coming up don't be surprised if there's a run before that as it has happened previous times. If there's no run before, Davo may have the task of fending off screaming holders.
The funds have always been there, just the terms and date of execution.
