i think the deal RIO has made with AQD really only helps the cause of CAZ.
if THE ACT says that the minister should do that which is fair and equitable ... would not he have no choice but to give it to CAZ since they do have the tenement, additionally RIO have cut their own deal with AQD, i really cannot see the minister giving RIO both shovelanna back and having them in bed with AQD. that would be monopolistic which is something they definitely try to avoid.
for disclosure sake, i hold both CAZ and AQD.
