I value your posts and read them all so you could say I am a fan rather than an enemy of yours. However claiming that a decreased share price for an investor is good because either the market does not understand NWE or because it gives investors an opportunity to buy more stock and average down is ludicrous.

My average price for NWE is $0.03. Am I happy about it given the "de-risking" of the project that has supposedly occurred? I am down 50% so it was a poor investment. The guys picking up stock today are much better investors than I. Any CR that is at a lower price than previous CRs is an affront to investors who participated in those CRs.
