source material licence sml exemption

As I previously posted and has been conveniently ignored !

IMO:
BLR/Ablation Tech may have already been granted exemption from the NRC !

I have sent email to Management re the SML & currently awaiting a response.


40.14 Specific exemptions regarding SML - Source Material Licence.

(a) The Commission may, upon application of any interested person or upon its own initiative, grant such exemptions from the requirements of the regulation in this part as it determines are authorized by law and will not endanger life or property or the common defense and security and are otherwise in the public interest.



Interesting extract as it seems to suggest the the NRC, can grant special exemptions as it seems fit.
