I would strongly urge all CURRENT shareholders to read again,page 11,sub-section 5.8,of the Prospectus..

"Dilution and the Effect on Control of the Company"
with particular attention to:-

"Examples of how the dilution may impact shareholders."

These examples illustrate,precisely, the points,re dilution of current holdings, that I have been attempting to highlight..

Via these examples,ALL CURRENT SHAREHOLDERS, should be able to extrapolate exactly how the new issue will impact upon their current percentage of issued shares..

I find the lack of comprehension of this matter,on the part of certain shareholders, a sad reflection on their inability to substitute mathematical computation for a desparate disparagement of attempted assistance..

This is my final posting upon this subject, "no more casting pearls,before--"; etc,etc..
