What if you can get it at 0.005 prior to Nov 22?

As much as I resent the fact that management has, imo, put us in a position where we have to do a cap raise,I would opt for the spp because then the money goes to the company ( a bonus is that they earn less fees cause there is less shortfall to place).

My number one priority is to protect my investment and to ensure that the company has the money to continue and to meet its obligations in terms of drilling costs.
