No doubt if BHps actions cause OEL to lose SC55, when it comes to legal msnouvering BHP will say " u can keep $25m of seismic to on sell to the next contract holder. They'll claim that will be worth at least $15- $20m discounted?
I guess if they did forfeit Sc55 that seismic would have to be valuable to the next party ?
