    Mark, If there is market sensitive information known 'now' by PB (LNC) ie: Ark deal, don't they have a duty of disclosure now as opposed to releasing it when it suits their agenda later on? I realise that this will probably benefit holders but I just wonder how they can hold to information for strategic purposes.
