    Negative gearing should be reviewed.
    should allow one investment property only to be negatively geared then scale any others ie own two investment properties then interest deductions on 2nd property should be 50% claimable , a third 33% etc

    and introduce capital gains tax on your own home

    now hit me with a sledgehammer (-:
