For the Ones that have Sold and achieved a CG , it is difficult to imagine how it would be policed for a Foreign Investor .
Unless , they had a PR vision in the future and just didn't want to Risk it .
Im not sure about numbers but all the people I've Sold to requiring FIRB aproval , Virtually None of them have Sold , especially if Chinese buyer generally they have no interest in selling .
But agree , could suspect only , But very difficult to Chase the funds if applicable .
