These patients are the sickest of all where all other available treatments have failed and prognosis is extremely poor yet SM6 1/2 dose has had such a significant impact.
So yes the outcome of full dose is exciting as to what that delivers & what impact may be shown
But even on a half dose imagine that administered to frontline patients - it's already delivered in adverse circumstances. <<<< that was the big trigger that pulled the OD imo
