who is the ts midstream partner?

Not too much posting on who is the ts strategic partner that meo have lined up?

My money is on cnooc or sinopec (just to hedge my bets) - but if not one of these to major chinese players than who?? Talk about a balance sheet to underpin ts and discussions with es jv partners.... Check out the sections under mid stream and down stream ops for cnooc:

Also Check out the driving demand for methanol blended vehicle fuel in china ....No doubt the market is there. The midstream operator is there and just needs the suppliers to sign up to the deal. Still cant see any other viable option other than ts.
