Really? On my analysis if NDO hadn't deferred the big expensive wells they would have been at risk of insolvency about now- almost certainly given the 9% Phase II overrun. I think that deferring them and the contingent well while keeping the news flow alive by getting into a relatively cheap and low risk suite of PSCs in Indo to plug the hole in the exploration pipeline was a fairly astute move.
