Very difficult to say. I would think that the market is waiting to see what transpires with respect to the restructure proposal.
One thing that can be expected is further dilution as the proposal will involve the issue of shares to co-investor to compensate them for the privately owned companies that they are suggesting be merged with DIG.
How many shares will be allocated? According to comsec co-investor currently hold 80%, this will increase if a large number of shares are allocated in compensation for the companies to be merged.
So there is a lot of uncertainty at the moment and until more info is forthcoming I suspect that there will be little action price wise.
Tony.
