There are no "cons" in my opinion!
For BLTOB to be exercised the sp would have to be over a dollar and that is a pro. This would reward longer term holders and that is a pro. Most importantly, it would give the company more working capital, which we need to progress the pipeline, and that s a pro.
This would be one dilution that would be worthwhile IMO.
