Yes Col it is technically manipulation but there is absolutely no reason go gain any grey hairs over it as it happens on just about every stock every day, we have also seen the one share discrepancies in the top 20. Fact is in times of accumulation they will have it close on the bid and when they change their mind they will have it close on the ask.

It might be manipulation but it is minor and really not worth worrying about, if you see a day of strength with no supply but the day closes as it did today then perhaps it is a good sign, not a bad one, it will move when they want it to move.
