A speculator is someone who puts money into something without knowing the return.
The speculate on the future price and make a decision based upon that speculation...
Property speculators are just that.
An investor Knows the return he/she will get before investing.. ie 5% PA..
Property buying as investment is merely speculation.. as none of us know the value in a year or 5 years time..
