Bobby it's a false claim to say it's the same guys running the show.

I'm sure Tom and anyone else for that matter can do a background check and look at the history and experience of Wal and crew and make their own mind up.

Finally, permission to raise cash is just that - permission. It is not a given. If they wanted to raise cash at current levels they would have done that by now, without shareholder approval - for up to 15%. You'll find that a lot of co's have included a similar resolution in their AGM's (I'm assuming AWD announcements aren't the only ones you are following?). The reason for this permission is so that in the event of a shareprice rise where the co is rerated the co can issue shares to lock in a higher price. This is called business. If you look back at anyone who has made serious cash for their shareholders you'll find that shares are issued when the price is high (but we need permission to be ready for this event to make the most of it) and shares are purchased back when they are undervalued - I think immediately of the legendary Peter Munk, a master of this art except instead of just buying shares back he would buy the whole company and privatize it til market conditions improved again and he'd float it again and let the market re-rate the co.

It's all good to come on a forum and share your view. But don't just be negative for the sake of being negative. And if you have sour grapes you're venting on the wrong mob. There's an opportunity here to make more money than any GDN holder could have ever hoped. But management are hardly plugging or ramping. Far from it. They openly claim this is high risk. And if you do your research you'll see Wal mention several times that the company was even named with this in mind - 'aleator' meaning 'roll of the dice' in Latin. And that's what this is. And I'm in like Flynn because my gut tells me something special is about to unfold here and I'd like to be on board when it does.

    Good luck.
