Cannabis is pretty much decriminalised already! Unless you get caught with, I think it's, more than 50g it's a warning, maybe a fine next time - if you get caught twice you're clearly smoking too much :)
They still go after the big players of course.
Would be much smarter to legalise it, control it and tax it.
