Smoking Marijuana puts a lot of tar into the users lungs. This tar is very toxic to lung tissue. This drug creates a much greater tar content than any tobacco. Depending on how it is treated and dried may also introduce toxins into the dried product. Its interesting to note that most high frequency users also smoke tobacco. Medical marijuana is no different in this respect.
One has to ask the question why you want to use a mind altering drug? I would think its probably being used to escape a persons reality.
