Looking good. The Noble/Blackstone deal is a small price to pay for infinitley better negotiation leverage.
Tenders back in November should set the sp north anytime now.
Negotiations (if taken longer than expected - the LONGER the MERRIER) would means better outcome as that would be a sign that SDL is able to play the bidders off against one another.
