I think that the tenders close off end Nov. Given that it is likely to be a mixed bag of infrastructure, funding, maybe TO etc... it will require time to argie bargie, look for JVs with other miners etc... etc.... there could be something out of the blue. I read 1st qtr sharp end as a given and dont see that as a delay. Every tender I have been involved with goes through the review, reneg cycle.
