You may be aware from my previous posts, that I do have some concerns about who is pulling the strings with this company - no evidence of anything untoward, but would appreciate a lot more transparency.

I intend to vote no to resolution 4 at the AGM and I hope many others will too. This will send a strong message to Directors that many shareholders are unhappy to dilute the company with a gift of 50 mil options for $500 or $5000 whichever it is!

Too many of the KMM stable of companies seem to be sitting on their hands so if results are anything but poor, then we need assurances that an aggressive drilling program will be undertaken. It has taken 8 years in Namibia to get to this point.

I think a new independent Director would add something to this company and will be doing my utmost to see if this is possible.
