    WCL Ann - looks like substantial shareholder Energy Infra Trust's holding was diluted from circa 13pc to 11pc as result of retail SPP size. Seems they want to maintain their 13pc holding - as evidence by participation in previous Insto placement - and will be forced to top up on mkt?
