Absolute rubbish, you pay them less because you think they have less output per hour. How do you manage to come to that conclusion? Or is it just something you dug out of google after an internet search?

My experience first hand is completely opposite. Builders at my house in Carcar weren't yapping on cell phones or to each other constantly and the workmanship was of great quality.

Just survived a typhoon and only the carport tin roof was lost, no damage to the house.

More what could be said for my friends house in NZ which was built by so called master builders and then leaked like a sieve after the first shower and had to be repaired after long drawn out battle in the courts.
