Great work Watso... Deafeating the flab can be a mighty tough battle at times.
Suppressing your appetite is the trick…LOTS of water, especially before meals…Up the fibre intake (leafy greens)…Maybe swap a few Vista’s for some All Bran? Which also has a lower GI as well, think Vista’s are around a medium 60 ish. I think sunshine is rumoured to help as well.
