ISSUE OF PERFORMANCE SHARE RIGHTS

Attached to this announcement are copies of Disclosure Notices in respect of
the issue of Performance Share Rights to the Managing Director and Senior
Executives of Nuplex Industries Limited which are provided in accordance with
Section 19T of the New Zealand Securities Markets Act 1988.

Also attached is a copy of ASX Appendix 3Y which records the same disclosure
in respect of the Performance Share Rights issued to the Managing Director.
