re: Ann: Company Interview - Strong Operation... This announcement has a good feel to it and highlights(IMO) the point CVN has actually reached in Thailand.
It highlights that the recent commentator ( who considers that CVNs future is obviously with Phoenix and that there isnt much money to be made in Thailand by CVN ) isnt seeing what is happenning at CVN in Thailand.
Towngas is clearly making excellent progress in both the S and V regimes.WBext 2C (a V well)hasnt watered out and is producing good if not startling results.The prospect that it will be a template for several similar wells nearby continues and you would have to believe that, as the months pass ,that 2C could be the template for more V wells BEYOND WBext.
The importance of finding a way forward with V drilling that produces sound and reliable results ( and a limited number of non-successes) on a consistent basis cant be overstated-CVN has plenty of V reserves and "all" that is needed is to consistently get the appropriate revenue from them,net of drilling costs (and keep doing it!-risk/reward;risk/reward ;risk/reward out to infinity).
