Two pieces of advice from me
1. Eat healthy food and drink - veggies, fruit, nuts, legumes, lean meat, fish, water and tea
2 Try low-calorie intake days. In line with what's sometimes calked 5-2 diet. Start for one or two days a week eating less than 600 calories.
This approach works for me, kgs literally fall off, and you don't need to do much exercise but obviously staying active and regular walking helps.
