You're right Telstra will not get what they want.
But, a deal will be struck where ACCC and Telstra will meet half way.
Telstras arguement is, "it is not economically feasible for Telstra to spend billions of dollars on new infrastructure and our competitors piggy back on this expenditure and profit by it"
Telstra has very good arguements and I think it is highly possible that they will be offsetted in some manner in the near future. Well that's the vibe I am getting around the traps.
As for IIN it is over sold but needs to create a base before moving up. If you're patient probably a fair price to accumulate at current levels.
