PAL and Cebu Pacific Air are Shuttling 20 flights daily free fromTacloban to Cebu only, this was announced by Sec Almendras. The info I got was from my FB friend. Also if you want to watch what is happening, google TV Patrol Central Visayas, it's Cebu, they says it's live, not too sure. I have been watching RMN Zamboanga, this is live, since that MNLF attack then heavy rain flooding now problem evacuees.
