I see Dulux and the home improvement sector in general making very strong profit announcements lately, good to hear you are cashing in on that wave Sector.
It would be interesting to know how much is new buyers doing up the new acquisition, current owners deciding to stay put and improve what they have, or soon to be sellers getting the place ready for cashing in on the buying frenzy.
Property used to be easy to make money and build quick equity when it wasn't everybody doing it, but these days you need an edge to exploit the real opportunities, and not follow the crowd.
