Watso- do yourself a favour and don't weigh yourself everyday. If you must weigh yourself do it once a week. Our bodies fluctuate weight all the time. You may get depressed cause your not loosing weight, when really you will be burning stomach, back fat and gaining muscle in your legs etc. DONT BE A SLAVE TO THE SCALES!!!
Eat no / low carbs and high protein. It will strip off you.
