Interesting I think...Hocking has now just under 20% per the substantial s/h notice. I couldn't figure out how he would stay below this (refer above thread comment) with conversion of his 78% of the 140m notes shares and without selling on market. And then I see only 120m notes shares were listed and not the full 140m. So it has been carefully managed as was stated to keep him below the 20% takeover threshold. So what happened to the other 20m shares? Anyway, I am now feeling more confident that other financiers will be lined up for a decent chunk of the $6m (maybe to avoid takeover provisions) and that 1.5c will prove to be the absolute low from this day forward...ha ha I think. bwb
