Switzerland is known for the high level of environmental awareness and the great interest in innovative solutions for generating clean energy. Moreover, there is a great need for decentralized solutions for power generation. For Ceramic Fuel Cells (CFC), the German-Australian manufacturer of micro power plants based on fuel cells, these are good reasons to expand its sales commitment to the Swiss market. For this, a sales partnership was concluded with the Novogaz SA. The Swiss subsidiary of the large gas company Holdigaz is primarily concerned with the development and launch of new natural gas technologies. Cooperation between CFC and Novogaz began in 2010. First fuel cell systems of the type BlueGen were installed for testing purposes with Swiss customers. Pascal Favre, CEO of Novogaz, draws a positive conclusion of the trial: "The technology has totally convinced us with their efficiency and reliability. Now the time has come to take the next step. We are confident to provide our customers with the BlueGen an attractive offer and easy to find buyers. "Forced is now the distribution of the plants in the French-speaking Switzerland. For CFC Director Frank Obernitz the sales agreement is an important step on the way to Europe. "We benefit from the market experience of our partners that open more doors in the attractive Swiss market, and strengthen our European distribution network for BlueGen" said Obernitz.
