PAB. They need to defend PAB from going back near gap or it will stuff up rights issue. Look at bids lined up back to 5.3c. If it starts to trade under 6c they will have to come out with an annc but if they don't have something plausible it will be a mess.
Gonna be a very tricky juggling act imo.
