Add to this that the RI has not been underwritten. Is there a verbal offer from Amgen/Onyx which will be presented in the not too distant future?
How can they possible risk not being able to fund Antibody supply to Amgen by not accepting an underwriting?
I'm beginning to think that this RI is just a furfy to enable friendly parties to stack up on shares now + associated rights + any shortfall prior to an offer for the company.
