IMO, Ashley will not go to India for further discussion if India already rejected. Seems good. It can be a very big game changer if India pick ECT for further development. ALDP would be far behind if NLC deal done.
NLC = SP 10c minimum
ALDP = add 5 c
K-coal = another 5 c
Monash = another 5 c Pump !
