I absolutely must reply to your comment as it is factually incorrect. Notice the word factually.

Their have been comments regarding brokerage houses in the USA to refrain their employees from using financial web sites because they fear investigating bodies finding against the brokerage houses for giving financial miss advice and being libel for that miss advice.

I have no idea if that applies to yourself.

This is the factual information, the CDU report has investigated approximately 10 companies to see if the trading issues noticed with regard to CDU are applicable to those other companies and they have confirmed that the issues are consistent right across all the companies investigated.

So mate your comments are factually incorrect and WE would appreciate if you retracted your comments.

There is a person in this world called, Queen Elizabeth the Second and there is reference to her in our constitution regarding who can and cannot sit in either the house of Representatives, or the Senate. It is in the notes following the Oath Of Allegiance.

Jumpstart, you may not like what you see in the constitution because you are maybe a dual nationality person and may support the people I believe have no right to sit in the House of Representatives. I am, not the only person who has taken note of this as there are web pages regarding this issue.

The labour government had one rule and that was to rule, whatever the cost. I think everyone on here clearly understands at least one person on the labour team that may not past muster regarding allegiance to Queen Elizabeth the second all her airs and successors.

At a time of war that concept is critical. It is also critical when viewed with regard to what the CDU report claims is happening and my comment regarding a possible opportunity of government departments being stacked with people loyal to a foreign country. This is extremely serious and is the very reason the Constitution had that clause included.

So far, no one has challenged anyone on this issue, however there are extremely good reason why our forefathers put that clause in the constitution.

In this country one person could act, that person is the Governor General because the GG is the Queens representative in Australia. She would understand the concept of allegiance to her representative post.

So who is the Governor General, correct me if I am wrong, is she the mother of the wife of a very important person in the Labour Party?

So we have an issue regarding the constitution where there may be a breach of the rules of the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Australia and we have the situation described in the paragraph above. This I perceive as a serious possible conflict of interest?

The CDU report is alluding to a conspiracy involving every Australian workers Superannuation money. Real and present danger to the financial markets of this country.
