Message:
Further to the announcement made by Infratil Limited ("IFT") earlier today,
NZX Client Market Services ("CMS") advises that the interest rate payable on
the Perpetual Infratil Infrastructure Bonds ("IFTHA") will be reset to 4.53%
per annum with effect from 15 November 2013.
The interest reset rate will be reflected in our Trading System from market
open on 18 November 2013.
