What I don't get, is how the controlling Authorities allow this blatant manipulation of the MSB SP. to take place...it's patently obvious that mum and dad investors are the target of these rip-off merchants ( meaning many of us).

Is what these manipulators do lawful?

If it is, then the system stinks...if it's not, then direct action should be taken by the Authorities to put these predators permanently out of business and by doing so, send a powerful message to any other scum contemplating getting on this band-wagon.
