The constitution is very clear about the concept of allegiance with reference to who can and can't be a member of the House of Representatives and the Senate.

I have made no reference to the crazies you refer to. You obviously think the people who wrote our constitution were wrong, in the way they wrote the constitution. A pretty simple concept, allegiance to the Queen!

Look mate I was bought up very Catholic with a strong Irish background to hate the British and in particular the Queen. People like yourself and the people you promote have turned me into a lover of the Crown because at the end of the day the only person who can stand up to the people causing what is happening is Queen Elizabeth the second, all her airs and successors. It can actually work because she is a real person and she can get rid of the people doing what Nev is alluding to and showing what is happening.

I am promoting a simple concept and that is, the CDU report is showing possible embezzlement of peoples super schemes. That is spelled out loud and clear in the report. Nev does not want to go any where near the question of why this is happening and the who is doing it, only to show it is happening.

I on the other hand have had a look at the previous Labour government, looking in particular to the question of law and the concept of how it is controlled. I also read the constitution and noticed certain clauses mentioned above.

This is a serious issue and deserves to be treated seriously. Your fifth paragraph down is a clear breach of the vilification laws and I for one find it offensive. I am specifically referring to possible nationalism only and a possible abuse of nationalism from a foreign country. That is why our constitution is specific as to the concept of allegiance.
