Hi SB,

On reading this do I understand it right that if the Vietnamese government exercises the back in agreement then we are entitled to claim the expenses outlaid prior to their joining the JV. Would this mean we would be entitled to a 25% share of expenses paid back irrelevant who has paid them as the drilling cost and seismic cost to EMI are for their gaining 50% of the lease. What I am trying to say is would we recover costs on EMI's cost paid out.
