Sounds right to me, based on the Kris Energy Pospectus. However one would need to read the signed agreement between ENI, NEN & Kris Energy.

on the face of it it woud be handy to get a couple of dollars back but on declaring commercial that 20% back in by Vietnam is money for jam.

I would expect an announcement late next week so if anyone is buying they will need to do it before Wednesday or they will have missed the boat.

I was just thinking there must be a lot of the long termers who are very overweight in NEN?
