morgans analyst on westside + gas pricing

I haven't followed Westside for some time but I get notes from Morgans from time to time covering the stock. This one caught my interest simply because 2015 is really just around the corner and a good outcome on the negotiation of gas contracts could be a real positive for Westside. Also interesting in the context of other gas players/consumers (IPL,COI,SXY...). Interesting take on the East Coast gas market
