There appears to be inherent difficulty in getting BND under the 19c.

All good if we are setting a base. I have read that procedure document, April is a bit of wait but we should have a few swings and roundabouts before then.

Conditional off take agreements from some friendly power companies would be nice, I think there would be a few shorts cover then.

If BND are in possession of some soft coking coal, is there a good market for this stuff ATM or will they concentrate on the longterm thermal contracts? Interesting times
