Hard to really understand what's going on, given the very tight trading range we've been used to.
CUE is holding it's ground, and, related to size, it's probably more exposed to NZ drilling than HZN.
It looks to me like it's one large holder choosing to exit. Not an overly kind way to exit, but fairly typical when they decide to cut a position.
Maybe a ceasing to be a substantial shareholder notice coming up for HZN?
