I have made millions subdividing and building in those suburbs and was modestly retired at 37 with no skills or education (born and bred there),
I got destroyed by illegal activities from ex and Judges in Family Court WA (like many others), and not all I have left, but what little I got from those properties went into POS and I see AF, DS, Board doing F All, saying everything not their fault and blaming others.
I would not run a public Co like that, probably why I dont
Wild West justice, courts and share market.
Google Family Court Injustices and look on petition page, see letter to Queen, tick approval box for the many kiddies here and else where in system.
